I undertake copy typing provided via pdf format. I can type your reports, manuscripts, dissertations, course handouts, letters, invoices, estimates, witnesses statements and pleadings. All manuscripts submitted must be of legible quality - this saves you time and money!
TRANSCRIPTION
I transcribe using a Philips Executive 720 Transcription System and Olympus DSS Player. As a legal secretary of many years standing, I specialise in legal transcription of pleadings, but I also undertake surveyor's reports, invoices, estimates and letters.
Remember - the clearer the dictation, the quicker the work can be returned to you! The faster a person dictates does not always make it easier to transcribe! Digital dictation is a boon but the drawback is that it picks up every background noise. Dictation in a quiet environment is recommended.
LAMINATING/BINDING
I can laminate or comb bind your work to your specifications. I also specialise in "old-style" legal sewing of documents for those who prefer work presented in this way.
PROOF-READING
I correct your spelling, punctuation, typographical errors, capitalisation and grammar unless specifically requested not to do so by the client.
ON-SITE ASSISTANCE
Assistance can be provided at your office by prior arrangement.
